Reflective Exercise

So the exercise we listened to was great. The unfortunate thing is that I could not enjoy it as I usually do because my mind kept wondering. This happens to me often. I have a hard time relaxing. Some say I don't know the term "relax". I have relaxed listening to mediatation CD's before and I felt rejuvinated afterwards. What I realized is that I need to this more often, making apart of my daily routine. What I did figure out with my wandering mind is that I will be turning my spare bedroom into a relaxation room in the next few months.

Hello Everyone!
I am excited about this class! Interacting withall of you is going to be fun!
I have posted a few pictures of myself so you know who you are talking too. The pictures are me, my husband Todd and cat Smokey. The pictures are from my wedding in September! My husband and I have been together about 15 years and I can't imagine life without him. He is my support system!!

I will be graduating with my BS in Health and Wellness in August and can not wait!!! I am then moving right into my Masters in Health Promotion. It took me some time to realize what I wanted to go back to school for and I am so glad I am able to get my degree on line!! I have worked in the field of dietetics for about 8 years and wanted to build on what I have already learned.

I look forward to meeting you all and learning throughout the class!
